Founding Partner
Mikheil possesses over a decade of extensive experience in the legal sector. He specializes in Private, Administrative, Civil, and Corporate Law, with deep expertise in Tax and Labour regulations. His practice includes advising on state procurement, state property management, and insolvency proceedings. A seasoned litigator, Mikheil has successfully represented clients in numerous complex court cases and enforcement proceedings. He was admitted to the Georgian Bar Association in 2015 and holds a Master’s degree in Private Law from Tbilisi State University.

Tamari Beradze
Managing Partner
Tamari brings over 10 years of professional legal practice to the firm. Her background combines valuable procedural experience in the courts with almost 10 years of corporate counsel experience within the private sector. Her core competencies include Contract Law, Tort Law, Insurance, and Labour Law, with a specialized focus on Administrative Law regarding permits and licenses. Tamari was admitted to the Georgian Bar Association in 2017 and obtained her Master’s degree in Administrative Law from Tbilisi State University.
