Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Proxima Legal LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), we strive to ensure the technical reliability of our document processing tools. This Refund Policy outlines the specific technical terms under which you may request a refund.
1. Refunds for Technical Issues Only (7 Days)
We offer refunds exclusively for verified technical issues that prevent you from using our services. If you experience a platform failure, error, or inability to generate/download documents that our technical support team cannot resolve, you may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of purchase. Refunds are not granted for 'change of mind' or dissatisfaction with the legal content itself.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Please be aware that the following are strictly non-refundable:
- Dissatisfaction with the legal formatting or style of the document.
- Purchasing the wrong document template by mistake.
- No longer needing the document after purchase.
- Fees paid to courts, state agencies, or government bodies.
- Costs paid to third-party process servers or delivery services.
3. Cancellation After 7 Days
After the initial 7-day window has passed, payments made are non-refundable regardless of technical status. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. How to Request a Technical Refund
To report a technical issue and request a refund, please submit a request:
- Send an email to info@proximalegal.ge with the subject line 'Technical Refund Request'.
- Include your Transaction ID and a screenshot or description of the technical error.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
We will verify the technical issue within 2 business days. If the error is confirmed and cannot be fixed, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post the credit.
6. Changes to This Policy
Proxima Legal LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
